Dorothée is an Organisational Psychologist (EPP, Honours) & completed the Authentic Leadership Development Executive Education at Harvard Business School. Her journey began (20years ago) on HSBC’s trading floor HSBC (Paris/ London) where she honed her strategic, data-driven approach in fast-paced challenging environments. Her career has since flourished, combining Management Consulting (KPMG, EY- 10y)) and Corporate experience to lead 20+ global transformations in 30+ countries. Change Management Expert and Coach (CTI, 2015), Dorothée provides top-tier advice to C-Suite on people impact (organisational, team and individual levels). She built and led four Organisational Development functions from ground up. Her unique blend of HR, Front Office & Consulting experience, combined with psychological insights and strategic awareness, allows her to deliver empathetic and holistic solutions. (incl.
